We always offer the first order at a discounted trial price, which allows you to test both the taste and suitability of the food at an affordable price point. When you start your subscription you fill in our recommendation engine, which gives you a tailored meal plan based on your dog's needs.

Unfortunately, we do not always find a perfect recipe that meets all combinations of your ingredient wishes and dog's needs. Sometimes we for example recommend a recipe primarily based on the dog's needs. We therefore recommend always looking at the ingredient list of the recommended recipe before placing an order. You can always choose the recipe you like by editing the recipe selected in your order.

If your dog doesn't like the kibbles or they are not suitable, you can contact us, and we will be happy to recommend a new recipe option, and let you try out a new food. We do not have a taste guarantee, so already opened food bags cannot be returned.
