You can find some basic repair instructions on the back of the hang tag of the toy. The knot on the Crafty toy can easily be retied. Small tears and holes can be fixed with needle and thread. You can find great mending tutorials on youtube for example. If it is something more difficult to fix, consider asking at a local sewing and repair shop if they can help you.
