Compared to 'traditional' animal proteins, producing insects requires a minimal amount of land and water. In addition, it's their phenomenal ability to use a variety of organic materials as nutrition makes them particularly eco-efficient. For instance, our bugs are grown with leftover vegetables, which makes them a fantastic recycling method!
