For each Alvar recipe, we have chosen to communicate the most important Dr. Alvar+ compounds they contain to highlight the most important benefits of the product. If your dog for example has a sensitive skin and tendency to gain weight, our recommendation might point out to the product with Weight Control+ compound. It doesn’t mean that the product wouldn’t also have nutritional qualities supporting your dog’s skin and coat, but the focus would be in weight control. The recommendation is also affected by your dogs age, activity level, body condition and the selected preferred ingredients.
