Why did we change from paperbags to plastic?Updated 4 months ago
Although paper bags are environmentally friendly and look good, a few downsides have emerged with their use:
- Durability of the material: Too many dry kibble bags remain unsold because the bag is already damaged upon arrival at the warehouse. With the new bags, we can be confident that they are durable and sturdy and will not break during transport.
- Product shelf life: Treats and foods in paper bags do not stay fresh as long. By switching to recyclable plastic material, we can extend the shelf life by up to six months.
