How do the Alvar loyalty rewards work?
With every Alvar subscription order, you climb our loyalty ladder. 🐾 Rewards are linked to your account, so if you order for several dogs, all orders contribute to the same loyalty ladder.
We'll send you an email when you have a new reward available, along with a reminder of how to use it.
Only subscription orders count towards the loyalty ladder.
Where can I find my current reward?
On your customer page, click to Subscriptions – scroll to see Rewards. If you have a reward available, you’ll see instructions on how to claim it.
Please note that you need to add your chosen product included in the reward to your subscription order before redeeming the reward by clicking the "Claim reward" button.
I had unclaimed rewards where did they go?
Each reward is valid for your next order – if left un-used, it expires.
How can I see the upcoming rewards?
You can see the reward you have available for your next order. (We’re looking into building a more thorough view of past and future rewards)
